Southern Coast Fireplaces was created seven years ago when the need for year-round fire features in Southwest Florida (SWFL) became apparent to Rob Watrous, a third generation Floridian with deep roots in the area. Rob gained knowledge and expertise about fire features and select first-rate companies such as DaVinci through his family’s fireplace company near Charlotte, NC.

Rob and his wife, Katherine with the support of his family added Southern Coast Fireplaces to the SWFL area to fill the needs of fire-loving individuals who would benefit from the first gas, non-heat producing, fire features as well as a multitude of other fireplaces and fire features to suit our unique climate and home needs.
